Building your Crews
Here is how we add Crews to the system. Once you have Users added to the system, we then have to add those Users to a Crew.
Click the Supervisor Access button at the top of the page. Then choose from the Crews tab on the Navigation bar.
To Create a new Crew, click the Green+ button in the top right-hand corner. This will pull up the Create Crew window. Name what you want your site to be called and hit Create.
Click on your new Crew, and we can then add Users to this Crew. Click the Assign User bar at the top. This will display all of your current Users that you have in the system. Simply click who you want to add to this Crew. Assign whether they are a Worker or Foreman from the right side of that Users name.
Adding a User from the Crew page: Open a Crew, hit the Green+ button in the top right-hand corner. This will open up the same Create User window as the User section. Enter their First Name, Last Name and Email address and hit Create. This will add this User to the system and assign them to this Crew.
** If you have two people to add to the system, you have two options. At the User tab, if you don't know what Crew they will be assigned to. Or from the Crew page if you know what Crew they will be assigned to.**
