Easily Access Safety Forms [Client Requests]

When it comes to technology, you always have to stay ahead of the curve. Innovation is essential to providing a state of the art product in any industry.

Since SafetyTek’s inception, we have never stopped developing. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients and industry to see what they want to see from safety software. Working together like this is the best way for us and the industry to build a better software solution.

Why do we do this? We do this to ensure that our software can meet the demands from safety professionals for any company. We like to think of our software as an expanding balloon that gets larger and more flexible in order to suit the needs of our clients.

One of our latest developments was an addition to our filtering system on our Supervisor Dashboard at the request of a client. They inquired to have a specialized filter for the real-time form submissions, viewed on the supervisor dashboard, to show all the forms that were submitted for Today. We discussed the solution they wanted, how it would operate and decided to expedite the development. We added a Today filter that a supervisor can use to view all the forms that were submitted today. They can then quickly download them using the download button which zips and downloads all of those forms for easy delivery to a general contractor or client.

You can now select “Today” from the Period drop-down and hit show. Then it will display all form submissions for the day. You will also be able to download those form submissions by clicking on the download button.

We will continue to be a leader in the Safety Management Industry by listening and executing the great ideas that we receive from our clients and people within the industry.

We are looking forward to releasing new functions and features for our software on a regular basis and we have some very exciting advancements coming this spring! Stay Tuned.

We are currently developing version 3.0 of SafetyTek and will have more announcements to come.
